Due to the Coronavirus we are changing the way we work in our practice.

The new more efficient way to communicate with us is with askmyGP, so please help us to help you.

Available 6am-1pm Monday-Friday & 6am-11am on Wednesdays, we respond in working hours*, your request will be reviewed by the duty clinician who will get back to you within 24 hours or the same day if clinically needed.

*Working Hours 8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday

All our registered patients are welcome, parents, carers on behalf of patients too.

You can put your preference for clinician, and also if you prefer a telephone, email or face to face response, however this is used as a preference only as there may be safety, clinical, continuity of care, training, capacity or operational reasons why a different clinician or different communication is used.

*****ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR REQUEST PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR YOUR RESPONSE DIRECTLY FROM THE CLINICIAN, WITH DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT TIMES*****

We aim to give our patients an excellent service and would welcome any suggestions you may have to help us achieve our aims.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
