This clinic is for vaccinations only. You should receive an appointment through the post.
Please do not attend the appointment if you or any household members have any symptoms of COVID-19 or been advised to self isolate.

Post Immunisation Advice
Six week checks are done by a Doctor. An appointment is necessary, which usually takes 30 minutes.
The Well Baby Clinics are held on Tuesday at The Grange Children’s Centre, Highfield Grange Avenue between 9.30-11.30am and Thursdays at Community Reception, Upper Ground Floor, Worsley Mesnes Health Centre, Poolstock Lane between 1.30pm-3pm.
