- šUsing the computer slip attached to your previous prescription or by written note. Please enclose a SAE if you wish us to post it back to you.Ā

.Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will need a medication review at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Our Clinical Pharmacist will carry out the majority of medication reviews, these are done over the telephone and patients will be booked a date/time for this.
Please ensure when advised that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
