Repeat Prescriptions

Please request your repeat prescription using the computer slip attached to your previous prescription or by written note. Please enclose a SAE if you wish us to post it back to you.  Alternatively many chemists now offer an ordering & delivery service, telephone your local chemist to enquire.

* Please do not ring the surgery to order a repeat prescription.*

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
