How to Contact Us

Help us to help you! 

We are now asking all of our patients who have internet access to use our AskMyGP service to contact us. This avoids waiting times on the phone and ensures each request is reviewed by a clinician within 2 hours or sooner. 

For patients who do not have Internet access or for any reason are unable to use this system can still contact us via telephone or in person and a member of our Patient Support Team will add your request onto AskMyGP on your behalf. 

Askmygp is open Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm (except Wednesdays 8am-11am). If you feel you cannot wait until we are next open please call NHS 111 or contact us on 01942 368803. (Telephone Line open 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday)

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
