Our Mission

We aim to offer the following service

  • Surgeries will start on time.
  • Patients will be greeted and directed both helpfully and efficiently at the reception and on the telephone.
  • The telephone will be answered promptly.
  • Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection within 48 hours.
  • You will be seen within 20 minutes of your allotted appointment time.
  • Patients will be kept informed of any delays greater than twenty minutes occurring during the consultation time.

How you can help us

We aim to provide you with the best possible standard of service. In order to do this, we need your help with the following:

  • Extend the same courtesy and politeness to the practice team as you yourself would expect to receive.
  • Please book one appointment per patient. If you wish to discuss someone else with the doctor (e.g child) please inform the receptionist.
  • Please do everything you can to keep appointments and if you can’t, tell the practice as soon as possible.
  • Ask for repeat prescriptions in good time to avoid unnecessary delay in treatment.
  • Requests for home visits and same day appointments should be made before 10am wherever possible.
  • Do not hesitate to contact the doctor or others in the practice for clarification if you are unsure about advice or instructions.
